Qualifications:
- Viewing and confirming personal or private customer/client data; safeguarding customer/client data and identities.
- Work on projects that are normal to semi-routine in character, requiring minimal discretion outside of defined methods, but acknowledges the necessity for occasional divergence from recognized practice. Has a minor or non-existent influence on the decision-making process.
- Make sure your scanners and other devices are clean, well-maintained, and functional.
- It is required to have a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially spreadsheets in Excel.
- As needed, organizing paper formats, backups, and material source files
- A bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a similar field is preferred but not required.
- Pay special attention to the small things. You are responsible for auditing, and you must maintain a high level of accuracy. Precision of 98 percent is necessary.
- Assist technical employees with computer/software problems.
- Data must be entered, updated, and validated in business databases.
- Ensure that all customer and bank operational, internal audit, and security requirements, as well as general practices, are adhered to.
Skills:
- A basic understanding of web-based collaboration programs is required.
- Communication abilities (oral and written).
- 6000+ ten-key accuracy.
- It is critical to work together and assist others.
- Intermediate computer abilities and knowledge with Microsoft software are required.
