Rough Country’s accounting department is vital to the company’s efficient and automated business approach. We’re looking for a controller to oversee this department that is experienced pushing software system deployments, automating procedures, and addressing difficulties with other department leaders, in addition to having excellent accounting knowledge and skills. Communication skills, financial analysis, budgeting, payroll management, and financial reporting are all essential abilities for this position.

Salary : $ 39.76 per hour.

Qualifications:

• The general ledger accounts must be kept and examined.
• The candidate must regularly monitor and evaluate audits.
• Manage employee accounts payable and reimbursements.
• Help with cash flow forecasting for the company.
• Check to see whether all account reconciliations are completed on time.
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline is required to be considered for this position. It is recommended to have a master’s degree.
• The number of years you have spent in this career will decide your salary.
• The candidate should generate monthly financial statements and keep cash predictions up to date.
• Perform cost-benefit analysis
• It is recommended to have a CPA license.

Skills:
