Job Description
As the Account Director, we are now looking for a proactive person to join our marketing team. The Account Director will have previous expertise in strategic leadership, creating plans for marketing strategies, putting campaigns into action, and maintaining accounts and its affiliates while working with the Marketing Services team. Actively seek out and present business improvement and growth prospects to agency leads and clients. Plan management and execution, ensuring that campaigns launch on schedule, within budget, and making revisions as advised. Ensure the effective tracking of data through the use of quantitative data to improve strategies and reach affiliate enrollment targets. Engage in new projects as allocated, mentor personnel, assign workload, assess work quality, help prioritize task, and direct career development.

Qualifications:
- Successful mid-market sales prospector and closer working as a standalone salesperson.
- Establish and maintain contact with key opinion leaders in advertising at both the agency and client levels.
- Identify potential customers within the predetermined target industries, interact with them, and encourage a sale.
- Utilize marketing and sales collateral, visual presentations, research reports and sales support data to help effectively deliver Company’s message to clients.
- boosting sales of integrated packages across channels, including video, social, print, internet, mobile, tablet, and event-based programs, in order to generate money.
- To maximize sales efforts, collaborate with the Marketing Services team to develop and provide clients with innovative solutions.
- It is important to keep key internal stakeholders, such as split partners, finance, marketing, etc., informed on account status, proposals, staff changes, etc.
- Conceive of, plan, and implement potential other solutions to provide the client a taste of what’s doable.
- Business plans should be made on an annual and quarterly basis to drive revenue growth and account portfolio strategy.
- Manage all aspects of the sales negotiation and communication process, providing accurate and timely business estimates, projections, and administrative documents, and keeping upper management informed of all developments.
Skills:
- Outside sales experience with integrated platforms is a must, and you should have at least two to four years of it.
- Capability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms, and to do so in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Proven record of meeting deadlines, ensuring accuracy, and following through effectively on tasks.
- An emphasis on getting things done and taking responsibility for one’s actions is essential.
- Possessing strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to multitask, set priorities, manage time efficiently, and pay close enough attention to detail to guarantee accurate work.
