Job Description
As the Account Director, we are now looking for a proactive person to join our marketing team. The Account Director will have previous expertise in strategic leadership, creating plans for marketing strategies, putting campaigns into action, and maintaining accounts and its affiliates while working with the Marketing Services team. Actively seek out and present business improvement and growth prospects to agency leads and clients. Plan management and execution, ensuring that campaigns launch on schedule, within budget, and making revisions as advised. Ensure the effective tracking of data through the use of quantitative data to improve strategies and reach affiliate enrollment targets. Engage in new projects as allocated, mentor personnel, assign workload, assess work quality, help prioritize task, and direct career development.

Qualifications:
- Create annual and quarterly business plans to drive revenue growth and strategy across portfolio of accounts.
- Use marketing and sales materials, such as brochures, sales presentations, research reports, and data sheets, to get your company’s message out to customers.
- Manage all aspects of the sales negotiation and communication process, providing accurate and timely business estimates, projections, and administrative documents, and keeping upper management informed of all developments.
- Communicate account updates, new bids, staffing shifts, and any other relevant information to key internal stakeholders (including split partners, finance, marketing, etc.).
- Work together with the Marketing Services group to create and supply clients with cutting-edge solutions in order to maximize sales efforts.
- Responsible for driving revenue by selling integrated packages across platforms including video, social, print, digital, mobile, tablet, and event-based programs.
- Find leads inside the designated target industries, engage them in conversation, and work to clinch the deal.
- Independent sales professional who excels at finding new business and closing deals in the middle market.
- Construct potential solutions that illustrate the client’s realistic options.
- Develop and maintain connections with important decision-makers in the advertising industry, both at the agency and client levels.
Skills:
- Ability to communicate successfully one-on-one and in groups requires a strong command of the spoken and written word.
- Must be goal-oriented and take initiative to get goals, but also accepting responsibility for one’s actions.
- Outside sales experience with connected platforms is preferred.
- Able to multitask, set priorities, manage time efficiently, and pay close attention to detail while ensuring the accuracy of one’s work are all hallmarks of someone with excellent organizational and project management skills.
