- Coordinate with the Strategy, Campaigns, and Project Management teams to guide creative teams and projects from inception to successful conclusion.
- Maintain the creative direction and standards for particular projects, making sure they align with the client, brand, retailer, and overall business goals and are consistent throughout the whole campaign.
- Ability to work with a wide range of product specs and a working knowledge of promotional media vendors.
- Acquire new customers, keep existing ones, and generate the desired amount of money for the company.
- Produce advertising materials for online channels including email, website, online display, and others as directed.
- To produce marketing creative that increases sales and supports the brand, oversee a team of designers and copywriters.
- Participate in initial customer meetings, monitor project development, and offer solutions to fulfill the needs of the organization.
- Deliver content that is in line with the brand and the campaign standards to maximize brand consistency and effectiveness.
- Set the conceptual and stylistic vision and take a hands-on role in the design for multiple projects and campaigns, providing design solutions that incite participation and engagement.
