Our brand needs a new Editor in Chief to guide it. With this role, you’ll be in charge of leading the editorial team, as well as creating and editing material to maintain the brand’s unique voice and narrative. The Editor-in-Chief will be responsible for managing all material created and should have considerable expertise across all platforms, including digital, print, and social media, as well as experience creating and leading teams from different backgrounds. Qualifications:
- Analyze content data and performance to drive content optimization and effectively communicate the benefits of the Editorial strategy to key stakeholders, such as the CEO and the board.
- responsible of making sure that everyone is on time, interacting with one another, reviewing Input’s budget, organizing events and stories, and building up pitch procedures and workflow processes.
- Plan, implement, track, and optimize the whole lifespan of a piece of content from conception to completion.
- Improving procedures will allow reporters, producers, editors, and other members of the newsroom to report news on the most suitable platform at the most appropriate moment, therefore increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
- In order to better reach and affect our target customers, we will improve the quality of our content and experiment with new products and distribution channels in order to cultivate a culture of excellence.
- Check that the team knows the editorial and business strategy, and communicate corporate facts and decisions to ensure that employees understand the company’s overall success as well as their own role in the company’s overall success.
- Implement an all-encompassing approach for corporate content marketing: Work on modernizing and improving your content marketing strategy so that you can better serve your customers, investors, and other organizations.
- Recognize and explain narrative themes that represent the range of people and organizations involved in improving educational equity, as well as the larger, interrelated ecosystems.
- Maintaining a distinct voice and igniting the brand across all media and channels may be achieved via the evolution and management of content marketing tone and style.
- It is necessary to construct a strategic thought leadership and data-driven editorial strategy that will assist us in improving our brand’s reputation and establishing trust with the media, prospects, and clients we want to target.
