The Multimedia Designer is an integral element of the Global Marketing Team and will help tell the Company’s narrative through various mediums. The Multimedia Designer plays a crucial role in designing digital strategy and execution to drive growth digital channels, which will allow Consilio prospects and clients engage with our services and products. Your web, graphic, and video media work will be used to represent a major international brand online and in the real world. The person in this position is expected to take part in a wide range of design projects, from inception to conclusion. Part of your routine involves taking charge of your own projects, creating rough drafts, prototypes, and engaging design solutions, and then using constructive criticism to perfect your craft and make your designs even better.

Qualifications:
- Create the final designs using your own discretion and feedback from others.
- Put a number of methods to use in order to come up with conceptual sketches, working models, and working prototypes.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create high-quality marketing collateral that reflects the KwikBoost brand, including sell sheets, flyers, advertisements and banner ads, packaging, product instruction sheets, presentations, email and social media campaigns, website product pages, landing pages, and trade show materials.
- Create logos, banners, social media campaigns, advertising campaigns, brand systems, edited short- and long-form videos, illustrations, and animated visuals / graphics.
- Manage the creation of marketing communications from concept to completion.
- Add and animate products in 2D and 3D environments by using 3D modeling tools like KeyShot.
- Create and learn new ways to convey information that enable either more accuracy, simpler template usage, or clearer communication while preserving a refined aesthetic style.
- Maintain communication of project updates and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Understand the project’s guiding concepts and requirements, get involved, and ask questions if you’re unclear about anything.
- Prepare print files in collaboration with the sales and production teams for daily orders of bespoke graphics; maintain a high production rate while upholding accuracy, quality standards, and meeting/exceeding deadlines for production.

- Advanced aesthetic sense and graphic design skills; proficiency in photography and cinematography is a plus.
- Must be up to date on all Adobe design software, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere/Affect Effects.
