A Concierge is the first point of contact for every resident. In a home setting, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service at all times.

Qualifications:
- Protects the workplace by preventing accidents, preserving equipment, and devising safe methods of doing business.
- Serve as an interface between residents and the service staff for routine as well as emergency repair requests, and assist with the follow-up process after routine requests have been met. The sooner you call for aid in an emergency situation, the better.
- Getting faxes, mail, messages, and packages to residents and letting them know about them. Help people send faxes, mail, packages, and messages.
- Make a lasting impact on those who come into contact with you, whether it’s a visitor or one of your present residents, by providing an unforgettable first impression.
- Regularly inspect and maintain all community amenities and common spaces, working with the service crew or other Associates to keep the community looking its best.
- Keeping aware of business trends enables users to get up-to-date information about services and upcoming events. Establishes and maintains consistent communication with pertinent data sources. Plans resident eating, entertainment, and leisure activities.
- Residents’ questions and requests are handled, packages are stored and delivered when requested, and the property is open to approved guests and suppliers.
- To protect the safety of people and property, surveillance cameras, door alarms, life-safety systems, and building alarms are all monitored. Maintaining vigilance for any suspicious activities.
- The community center’s staff organizes activities such as movie evenings and game nights for members to attend.
- Suppliers, consumers, and job seekers should be handled with respect. Learn about the firm and notify the appropriate personnel (s).
Skills:
- Accuracy in adhering to established rules and standards in carrying out the activities outlined above
- Customer service, flexibility, initiative, and Microsoft Office are among the talents required for this role.
- Applicants must have one year of relevant experience in hospitality, administration, or marketing before being considered for this position.
- It is necessary to have a working knowledge of resort activities and operations.
- Following directions and getting along with coworkers are two of my favorite aspects of the job.
