Full-Time Utility Clerk – Shahdadkot
Job Description
Maintenance and cleaning tasks are delegated to the Utility Clerk, who is also responsible for ensuring that the work environment is kept in a sanitary and safe condition for the whole team. Provide members with quick access to their items by transporting carts/flatbeds from the parking lot to the club entrance and back again.

Qualifications:
- The ability to respond to customer inquiries and provide product recommendations by learning about the products available in each area and keeping that knowledge.
- Mopping floors, cleaning spills, and other typical housekeeping tasks that need the use of specialized equipment are all part of the job.
- Being friendly and smiling when welcoming customers, answering queries, and carrying products is essential.
- all of the proper documentation and deposits must be completed. It is monitored and generates billing bills on a monthly basis. The Water Crane is assigned with the responsibility of collecting donations.
- Communicate with management on any occurrences, activities, or issues that take place on the store’s premises; maintains a clean parking lot.
- Excellent product presentation is established and maintained by placing items in designated area, removing cardboard from shelves when products are purchased, and putting the cardboard into a bailer.
- Obedience with company safety laws is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary working and shopping environment. Maintains strict adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Performing routine equipment inspections and notifying the relevant department or store manager of any items in need of repair is an important element of performing preventative maintenance.
- Order and distribute supplies to workers; supply and load printer paper and ribbons; post bulletins and notifications; and complete and distribute reports as required.
- Develop safe and efficient processes for operating a floor scrubber, a garbage compactor, and a cardboard baler that are compliant with existing safety regulations and regulations.
Skills:
- Reading and understanding technical instructions, communications, and memoranda. Writing basic correspondence Ability to successfully communicate information to consumers, clients, and other employees one-on-one or in small groups.
