This position’s major duty is to assist the firm’s advisers in handling client workload and delivering great service. Supporting client relationships entails ensuring that all client needs are addressed, responding to client enquiries, preparing advisers for client review meetings, and attending to other tasks and concerns as needed. The successful candidate will need to be tech savvy and meticulous in their approach to their work.

Qualifications:
- Create and cancel accounts; add trading authority and powers of attorney as necessary; link life insurance and annuity accounts; finish client registrations; and promptly respond to and carry out client service requests.
- Make sure that all of the customer information stored in the contact management system and contact database is up to date for use in creating reports, setting up appointments, keeping tabs on billing, and planning and executing marketing strategies.
- Ensure that all client needs are promptly and accurately met; provide front desk support, including greeting clients and visitors to the office; pleasantly answer phone calls; and, if necessary, take thorough messages or address calls appropriately.
- In order to meet regulatory and compliance needs, you’ll need to make client files and generate reports for record keeping.
- Maintain good operational order for the practice’s use of all shared office equipment, and notify the facilities manager of any problems. Maintain office supplies and make sure that needs, such as things for the break room, are always available.
- Participate actively on deal teams, with responsibilities including identifying investment possibilities, performing due diligence, and producing investment memorandums for fund investments and co-investments.
- All emails should be read and responded to; issues and complaints should be addressed promptly, politely, and with an emphasis on finding solutions.
- Traders utilize this method to handle the purchase and sale of equities and fixed-income securities.
- The correct disposal of all customer information necessitates the routine destruction of obsolete records via shredding.
- File customer information, gather data for reports, and write letters as required by the firm’s advisor.
Skills:
- Though a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, candidates with relevant job experience and/or college credits earned will also be considered.
- Preferably, you have worked with Redtail, Orion, Morningstar, MoneyGuidePro, and Wells Fargo Advisors.
- The candidate must have prior expertise in client management or customer service. It would include being attuned to the needs of one’s clientele, coming up with workable solutions, and putting them into action.
- You need to have prior work experience in the field of finance or a closely related area, such as billing, accounting, purchasing, mathematics, etc.
- Possessing the independence and efficiency to get things done in a limited amount of time.
