Qualifications:

  • Specifically, you’ll be responsible for administrative tasks including department and executive assistant overflow.
  • Inspect each office to ensure that it meets the standards for safety, maintenance, and cleanliness set by the company.
  • Using a multi-line telephone, politely, quickly, and accurately answers and directs all incoming calls for various business divisions. uses the company’s intercom equipment with a polite, professional approach.
  • Be prepared to handle any form of client complaint or dispute by following these procedures.
  • keeps track of important records, paperwork, communications, and directories. makes plans for the boxes to be shredded and stored offsite. managing the servicing and repair of copy machines.
  • Maintain order and refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with the rules.
  • gives standard answers to common client inquiries and directs more complex inquiries to the manager of the corporate office.
  • Keep an up-to-date file or listing of residents, including their names and room numbers, as well as emergency phone numbers for callers, department extensions, critical personnel, etc.
  • Helps visitors get badges and registered in a secure manner.
  • Attend and participate in training sessions, workshops, seminars, etc., as well as in-service training and on-the-job training, when necessary.
