Qualifications:
- Develop strong bonds with your coworkers to guarantee that every one of your visitors, residents and fellow Associates has a positive first impression.
- Providing residents with facsimiles, mail, messages, and packages, as well as processing and notifying them of their arrival To assist customers with the mailing of faxes and other documents such as letters, notes, and packages
- People may acquire up-to-date information about services and forthcoming events by being informed on industry trends. Establishes and maintains regular contact with data providers. Plans are in the works for resident dining, entertainment, and leisure.
- In the event that someone from your company or family or network happens to be passing through or applying for a position in the region, a sincere greeting would be appreciated. Depending on their industry, provide visitors with information about where they want to go.
- Activities for residents’ enjoyment, such as movie nights and game nights, are planned and executed by the property manager.
- Conduct regular inspections of all facilities and common places in the community and work with the service team or other Associates to ensure that they are all well-maintained to maintain a high quality of community curb appeal.
- Regular maintenance requests may be met by establishing contact between residents and service staff. If you are in a life-threatening situation, you should seek help as quickly as possible.
- Maintaining and repairing equipment and creating safe corporate practices may all contribute to workplace safety.
- The monitoring of security cameras, door alarms, life-safety systems, and building alarms ensures the protection of people and property. Maintaining vigilance for any strange behavior.
- Manage resident requests, package storage and delivery, and enable approved guests and suppliers on the property.
Skills:
- For this role, you must have a thorough knowledge of resort activities and operations.
- Appreciate working with others and accepting instruction when necessary
- All of the foregoing is done in accordance with well-established laws and regulations.
