Job Description
We need a Treasurer to handle the company’s global banking, investing, and borrowing programs, as well as risk management systems. The ideal applicant will work as part of a wider Finance team to manage the company’s cash flow and ensure that there are sufficient money to run daily operations, meet financial obligations, and support business expansion. This person will also be in control of the company’s risk, credit, collections, and insurance operations around the world.

Qualifications:
- More large-scale projects in areas such as service quality, productivity, process simplification, digitalization, and harmonization will be started and lead as needed.
- Evaluates, advises on, and implements funding sources, investment opportunities, and financial instruments in order to achieve the organization’s financial and treasury goals.
- Prepare monthly and annual cash flow predictions, as well as short- and long-term cash management plans.
- Choose a cash management bank as needed by certain businesses. Accounts, as well as an electronic banking platform, can be opened. Users may be formed, and they can be allocated responsibilities and levels of power.
- Existing, surviving accounts from parent electronic banking domains should be separated. In a freshly formed domain, create new users and roles.
- Create a cross-currency notional pooling system that allows you to pool funds from all around the world in a legal and tax-efficient manner. Because of same-day international money availability, automatic sweeps from local accounts will be available.
- To increase performance, creativity, problem solving, and outcomes, the ability to engage effectively and constructively with all levels of employees, management, and other agencies is required.
- Regression analysis and correlation/causality calculations are examples of your statistical talents.
- Define and create cost, quality, and speed metrics connected with the processes in collaboration with the necessary stakeholders.
- Establishes and maintains long-term banking connections while ensuring that financial operations are efficient and cost-effective.
Skills:
- For a candidate to boost his or her chances of being hired, superior understanding of treasury, both locally and globally, is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in mathematics, economics, accounting, or a related quantitative subject is required.
- Make sure all financial software and functionality is up to date.
