The Office is looking for a highly driven and organized person to join our administrative team as an Executive Secretary, where they will conduct sophisticated, diverse, and confidential administrative and secretarial activities. This job needs extensive expertise, competence, and understanding of university policies and processes, as well as the ability to collaborate with and offer high-level assistance to associate vice presidents, assistant vice presidents, and directors as assigned. Calendar, committee, event, meeting, and travel assistance, as well as basic administrative and project management activities, will be among the responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Tasks will vary depending on requirements and priorities, but will involve general coordination and administration of executive assistant operations such as calendar, committee, event, meeting, and travel assistance, as well as contacts with stakeholders.
- It is essential to participate in conferences and take notes, or to be told of meetings as soon as they take place, in order to ensure that the Deputy Superintendent and the Superintendent Office are aware of any changes that have taken place.
