Qualifications:
- Maintaining efficient processes and controls over Accounts Payable and procurement procedures while also creating, documenting, putting into action, and checking that internal controls are being built and are operating as they should be.
- Handle supervisory duties for the accounts payable department, such as interviewing and recommending the employment of new staff members, offering or arranging for staff training, reviewing staff performance, and suggesting personnel actions to guarantee appropriate and competent staffing.
- It is essential that the processing of checks and ACH, credit card and wire payments be completed on time and accurately in many locations (national and regional).
- Support regional managers with buying activities such as requesting quotes, selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, establishing new vendor accounts, and maintaining existing client relationships.

Skills:
