Job Description
We’re searching for a high-quality, tried-and-true Customer Service Lead to kick off a project with strategic importance and high visibility. We will tackle some of the most intriguing problems in customer service and build highly scalable systems as part of this programme.

Qualifications:
- Attend meetings and trainings to stay up to date on changes to programme knowledge, systems, and processes, and study all new training material.
- With courtesy, promptness, and professionalism, handle incoming and outbound calls.
- Replacement merchandise or refunds will be delivered.
- Follow the rules for managing confidential and personal data.
- Observe all attendance and work schedule regulations.
- Use your expertise and skills to deliver accurate responses to customer queries while adhering to all scripts, policies, and procedures.
- Accurately document and handle client claims using the appropriate systems/spreadsheets.
- Customers’ complaints should be sent to the relevant internal or external parties.
- Ensure first-contact resolution through good email handling and problem-solving.
- An current knowledge base should be supplemented and expanded upon.
Skills:
- Must be a self-starter who can move, prioritize, and fulfil deadlines autonomously.
- 2+ years of retail, ecommerce, or equivalent industry experience is required.
- It must be possible to use the Microsoft Office Suite and tools.
- It is necessary to have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a field closely linked to these fields.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities, as well as a keen eye for detail, are required.
