We’re looking for a tax accountant that can prepare both federal and state tax returns. As an individual contributor, this position prepares federal and state income tax returns.

Qualifications:

• It is essential to be at least 18 years of age.
• A high school diploma is required for this position.
• Must be well-organized and multitasking proficient.
• Experience with computerized accounting and tax applications is required.
• Be able to generate high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Keep track of client deadlines and delivery.
• Ability to educate and train new generations of workers.
• Experience preparing company tax return workpapers and forms is required.
• 2–5 years of experience working in a tax or accounting role is required.
• You should be able to go from one location to another in an office setting.

• It’s crucial to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Conscientious, self-motivated, and meticulous are qualities that the ideal candidate possesses.
• At the intermediate level, knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
• Always act truthfully and discretely while dealing with sensitive information.
• It is critical to have excellent oral, writing, and interpersonal communication abilities.
