Qualifications:

• Having a high school diploma is required.
• Client deliverables and due dates should be managed and tracked.
• Prior expertise drafting tax return workpapers and forms is required.
• Must be prepared and able to multitask.
• You should be able to move around easily in an office situation.
• Prior knowledge of computerized accounting and tax software is essential.
• Working in a tax or accounting position for 2–5 years is needed.
• Be able to generate high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• It is necessary to be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to mentor and coach younger members of the team.

Skills:

• While dealing with sensitive information, always act honestly and discreetly.
• Microsoft Word and Excel skills are necessary at the intermediate level.
• Communication skills, both oral and written, are crucial.
• The applicant should be conscientious, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
• It’s crucial to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
