Job Title : System Medical Director Primary Care
Location : Bakun, Benguet Province, Philippines
Salary : $ 33.12 per hour.

Qualifications:

  • Oversee both internal and external recommendations at the agency.
  • Examine if patient referrals are appropriate for admission.
  • Ascertain that the patient and partner allocations are correct.
  • Ascertain that the patient’s personalized POC is developed, implemented, and updated.
  • Prior to accepting the admission, assess the agency’s ability to meet the patients’ anticipated clinical needs.
  • Collaborate with other essential partners within the organization to ensure the agency’s clinical and financial success.
  • Examine how frequently the patients’ needs are evaluated.
  • To achieve favourable recruitment and retention objectives, clinical partners are coached, mentored, and precepted.
  • Participate in any mandatory surveys and reports (Licensure / JCAHO).
  • All aspects of patient care coordination are under your supervision.

Skills:

  • A bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college or university, or a certificate from an accredited/approved RN programme.
  • Registered nurse with two (2) years of recent experience.
  • A current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licence in the state where you will be working.
  • It is important to have current CPR certification.
  • Working in home health for a year is required.
