Qualifications:

  • Create and close accounts; add power of attorney and trading authority as applicable, link life insurance and annuity accounts, complete client registrations and proactively address and follow-through on client service requests.
  • Keep all client data up-to-date in your contact management system and database for optimal marketing, scheduling, reporting, and billing.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and promptness in responding to all electronic correspondence; resolve issues and complaints as they arise.
  • Prepare and maintain client records, as well as draft and send out reports and communications, per the Advisor’s instructions.
  • Regular shredding of outdated records is a good way to ensure that such data is properly handled. Get rid of old customer records the right way.
  • Create and compile reports and databases for maintaining files and record keeping, and establish and manage client files in order to satisfy regulatory and compliance needs.
  • Find new investment possibilities, conduct due diligence, and write investment memoranda for fund investments and co-investments as part of transaction teams you help lead.
  • Responsible for making sure that all customer needs are met promptly and accurately; provide front desk support, including greeting clients and guests; politely answer phone calls; and, if necessary, take thorough messages.
  • trading to accounting software to handle the buying and selling of fixed income and equities securities.
  • oversee the upkeep of all office supplies to guarantee that the practice’s equipment is in proper working order; notify the facilities manager of any problems. Maintain office supplies, making sure that needs like things for the break room are available at all times.

Skills:

  • Ability to function independently and effectively under time constraints in a hectic atmosphere.
  • Preferable qualifications include knowledge of Redtail, Orion, Morningstar, MoneyGuidePro, and Wells Fargo Advisors.
  • a track record of success in client management or customer service. This would entail locating client concerns or issues, offering, and starting efficient remedies.
  • Applicants without a bachelor’s degree but with relevant work experience and/or college credits will be considered.
  • 1-2 years of experience in finance or a closely connected discipline, such as billing, accounting, buying, mathematics, etc.
