Qualifications:
- This person prepares written reports, such as dashboard narratives and training or job-aid papers. Participant in the creation and/or delivery of training on talent-related topics and systems
- Employ your understanding of the organization’s procedures, regulations, and laws to provide data-driven job ideas.
- The process of evaluating talent includes assisting in the formulation of development plans, monitoring succession plans, tracking progress on development plans, and performing other associated activities.
- Handle basic HR responsibilities such as onboarding, employment, employee relations, pay, benefits, and performance management processes with little supervision.
- Increase the efficiency, efficacy, and impact of the performance process by establishing and managing strategies, methods, tools, processes, and procedures. Goal-setting, performance evaluations, development plans, and quarterly coaching sessions are examples of processes.
- Coordinate with both internal and external training providers to ensure that new recruits get the essential technical training, including but not limited to system training and instruction in the art of food preparation and serving, as well as the art of workplace socialization.
- The company’s voice may be identified through establishing connections with agents and managers. They may then be recruited for branded content campaigns and original network programming.
- Part of this process includes identifying business motivations for change, quantifying risks and benefits, preparing communication and readiness materials to ease the transfer of career programs and procedures, and implementing change management methods.
- To improve corporate performance, employee engagement, and diversity, equality, and inclusion, design and administer company-wide organizational training and employee development and engagement programs.
- Invest in your professional growth by planning ahead of time. To improve the efficacy, reach, and visibility of career programs, business partners and HR professionals should be supported.
Skills:
- Strong on-stage production expertise is necessary, as is the ability to properly organize artists and other staff to meet production objectives and timelines.
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, industrial/organizational psychology, general business, or a related area is needed OR work experience in corporate operations, business program management, or HR program management is required.
- An expert in social media.. Many talented and influential people may be found on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Snapchat.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities. Excellent organizational and analytical abilities. Capability to give consumers with efficient, prompt, dependable, and pleasant service. Capability to communicate information effectively.
- 4-6 years relevant professional experience in branded content partnership talent, especially pricing and packaging from the publisher side, spanning digital media and experiential activations
