Job Description
The Business Intelligence Analyst will collaborate with in-house (Finance, Sales, Marketing, Regulatory and Customer Support) and global colleagues to expand current data analytics. Responsible for developing business solutions to identify business trends, opportunities and potential business process and reporting efficiencies to support business decisions in alignment with strategic goals.

Qualifications:
- Assist with the construction and upkeep of proprietary data structures so that Qlik Sense can make effective use of them.
- Enable analytic end users by onboarding new users to analytic platforms and conducting periodic training seminars, prototype sessions, and office hours.
- Educate both internal and external audiences about a company’s or product’s performance by creating reports, graphs, dashboards, and other visual outputs using data that has been gathered and manipulated.
- Consistently demonstrate an awareness of broad business factors and trends, as well as the relationship between analysis and business effect.
- Incorporate hosted and premise-based third-party apps with other systems, as well as internally created applications and utilities with the assistance of other IT employees.
- When compiling and disseminating reports, adhere to the data governance and reporting guidelines that have been implemented throughout the company.
- Effective communication and delivery of ideas are crucial at every level of a company.
- As the project’s demands change, work with internal teams to develop solutions that are effective and prioritized.
- Together with the development team, assist design and review product requirements that meet the company’s objectives.
- In-memory analytics and rapid fire business intelligence solutions should be created and maintained in order to speed up data delivery for business decision making while also offering business users with flexibility and agility.
Skills:
- The ability to handle many projects at once, as well as the ability to react to changing corporate needs while meeting deadlines and quality standards, has been shown in the past.
- Should have documented non-functional needs, interpreted non-technical requirements, defined the architecture, prepared estimates, and defined technical solutions to suggestions.
- Experience in data preparation, data analysis, data mining, advanced report authoring, user acceptability testing, and data presentation is required.
- Relational database queries and data modeling as well as a strong interest in statistical analysis are required.
- Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the Windows operating system are required skills.
