Job Description
We’re looking for a general accountant to help with financial statement production and analysis for assigned Market Organization(s) inside the Shared Service Center. This job is responsible for implementing suitable internal controls for assigned Market Organization(s) and ensuring that the Region follows the Corporate Finance Manual. In addition, the general accountant is in charge of the Region’s global projects.

Qualifications:
- Changes in the general ledger and account reconciliations.
- Grant administration will be aided by billing and tracking grant funds and expenses on a monthly basis.
- Paylocity is a program that evaluates and processes bi-weekly payroll.
- Process vendor payments online on a weekly basis.
- Continuous recording procedures, month-end closing, and the implementation of suitable internal controls are all essential to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the financial statements.
- A 3–5-year general accounting background is essential.
- Create and maintain productive relationships with Club staff, Development staff, service providers, and vendors.
- Relevant work experience and a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration are necessary.
- Oracle ERP experience is a plus.
- Federal and state governments use cost-cutting standards.
