Job Description
This position oversees software development efforts. Software Project Managers are in charge of making sure projects are completed on time, on budget, and according to scope. Supervise the whole process. Decide on a start and end date for the project, allocate duties, and keep tabs on its progress. Prepare status reports for senior management on the project’s status. The selected applicant will work directly with customers to ensure that the deliverables are within the appropriate scope and budget. Coordination with other departments and the hiring of additional staff to meet customer demands will be a priority for this person.

Qualifications:
- Accountable for making sure business plans are put into practice in order to meet customer needs and to develop the skills of project managers at lower levels.

- In this job, the project manager makes sure that the project’s budget and financial elements are well-understood and well-managed by coordinating and directing all parts of project scheduling, resource forecasting, financial management, and other tasks.
- Check all project deliverables, such as concept and test documents and test plans; training materials; operational documentation.
- shows the business goals and objectives of the project, as well as functional knowledge feedback for deliverables that the team is working on. It also suggests or asks for resources that fit the project’s needs.
- Responsible for ensuring that cross-functional projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Track the progress of your project’s execution plan in respect to the overall deliverables.
- Throughout the project’s lifespan, everything from scope management to requirements management to task breakdown and timetable management to priority and dependency management and job assignment is carefully examined, documented, and executed.
Skills:
- When assessing project progress and discussing crucial issues/milestones with the rest of the project team, effective communication skills as well as mastery of Excel and PowerPoint are crucial.

- The capacity to combine business needs into in-depth evaluations of technological, functional, and operational aspects

- Worked on and/or supervised projects requiring the use of project life cycle techniques for six years (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, process management, organizational change).
