In addition, the Service Delivery Manager will be accountable for the value delivery of IT end-user support, IT service desk, and VIP services to the company’s internal stakeholders, who will primarily be Product Managers (employee digital journey first). One of the organization’s core goals is to achieve for internal stakeholders the key value and performance indicator targets over time in a consistent way, as part of the transition to a ‘One Desk’ model for IT end-user services (1 single supplier for Service Desk, integrating all upstream external workplace services)

  • Lead and teach the department’s supervisors and team leaders to ensure effective staffing and structure, including daily duties and responsibilities.
  • There must be a stable and flexible infrastructure to satisfy the needs of the consumer..” This is done by ensuring that the operational delivery teams understand and express the needs of the customer.
  • Help travel consultants and concierges with everything from team and one-on-one coaching to management every day in both a remote and in-person work.
  • With the help of Voice of the Customer campaign, unite the contact centers around a common approach to customer satisfaction surveys and feedback throughout the purchase process.
  • All customer KPIs and contractual responsibilities must be met, and the Concierge is held accountable for the overall performance of the Concierge.
  • leading a team of key dedicated support services contributors (such as IT VIP Service Leads, IT Service Desk Service Leads, and so on), responsibilities may include serving as a pool leader for the community of these contributors, managing resources properly, and developing and coaching those individuals.
  • Enhances other Delivering Services Managers’ day-to-day management by providing suitable mentorship and coaching, as well as team-building events and efforts to keep employees.


  • Competency with complex and diversified sectors (Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Construction, Technology, Medical Devices, Chemicals, Energy, Telecom)
  • Understanding of the need of care and judgment in the delivering of criticism, redirection and explanation.
  • be able to think strategically over the long term and develop successful action plans via well-executed planning, assessment, and management.
  • Effective communication abilities, particularly the ability to explain technological solutions in commercial terms, develop relationships, and convince people, are necessary.
  • A firm grasp of the contact center environment and the significance of the client-vendor relationship in attracting, retaining, and performing high-quality partners.
