Solution Architect needed. The chosen applicant will collaborate with Operations and Business Development to identify client requirements and provide solutions. White papers, presentations, and proposal answers will outline their solutions. This role entails managing and engaging diverse teams to produce IT applications, enterprise services, program management activities, agency-wide operational support, scientific lab assistance, and direct provider support. The chosen applicant will be able to conceive solutions around important company demands and goals.

Qualifications:
- White papers, proposals, and briefings exhibiting the organization’s thought leadership and promoting marketing and commercial growth via consumer connection.
- To support the product vision and address present and future cross-functional architectural demands and interfaces, architects design architecture alongside other architects.
- Work with possible sponsors (customers or internal champions) to acquire financing for future research initiatives based on the themes you’ve developed.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the fields of research and data science and engineering to complete challenging R&D projects from conception to completion and evaluation.
- Develop and put into action creative and original solutions that are able to handle the technological issues that have been defined by clients. Conceive of fresh research on your own and independently conduct it, as well as collaborate with other employees from other companies inside the same building.
- Meets the IT needs of the client for architecture, such as the creation of specialized solutions for public or private cloud platforms, integration with other systems, and external interfaces for these systems.
- Lead the development of conceptual and logical product solution specifications (people, process, technology, and information) in collaboration with business, enterprise, application, and infrastructure architects.
- Also involved in business analysis and solution engineering, and supporting functional and technical requirements management.
- Compliance with the client’s IT architecture, which may include the development of unique solutions for public or private cloud platforms, integration with many other systems, and the development of interfaces between these systems and those located outside the client’s business.
- Achieving cost, schedule, function, and quality objectives while developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions in support of big capture operations Assist in the development of capture strategies by providing technical leadership, including the formulation and marketing of differentiated value propositions.
Skills:
- This function demands the ability to construct a wide range of solution types, such as integrating COTS software packages, SaaS or PaaS components, new system builds, legacy improvements, build vs. purchase evaluations, and more.
- An expert in software design, vendor assessment, and technical justification.
- Either a bachelor’s degree and 12-15 years of relevant experience or a master’s degree and 10-13 years of relevant experience are required for this position. Besides years of experience, certificates related to the industry are needed.
- Ten or more years of expertise in IT, including five years in software development or application design and five years in solution architecture. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High school diploma or GED
- Extensive hands-on expertise in the following areas: data modeling and data engineering, feature engineering; model lifecycle management; cloud infrastructure; and cloud computing. Data analysis, modeling, and visualization packages in TensorFlow, Kera; Pytorch; Caffe; and Theano; as well as building or integrating analytics into programming languages such as Python.
