The Media Director will act as a leader and strategist for the Company’s media strategy, assigning duties and driving decision-making while managing the timeline and budget for all deliverables. The post reports to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

  • Keeping up with the latest social media trends, identifying ways to use those trends to benefit clients, and providing continual education to junior employees about emerging and new trends and their potential applicability
  • Internal and external teams may be motivated to generate plans that are relevant to our consumers and lead to engaging experiences.
  • Construct bespoke media campaigns, journeys, and audience strategies to meet a wide range of objectives.
  • Ensure that customers’ business goals are met, communications initiatives are integrated, and internal skills are correctly exploited through developing strong working connections with colleagues in creative services, digital, and marketing.
  • Procedural guidelines must be adhered to in order to ensure the proper administration of editorial calendars (EC).
  • Analyzes data to provide suggestions and ideas, including the capacity to lead social listening and research initiatives to unearth clear and actionable insights
  • Engage with media buyers and suppliers to manage the research, negotiation, and purchase of promotional tools, including print, internet, outdoor, television, and radio/streaming audio.
  • This person is well-versed in all of the social media channels available to him or her. As well as being adept at YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, and TikTok.
  • the ability to make solid recommendations based on their knowledge, experience, and data is essential.
  • Provide consumers with social media reports that have been contextualized; build and offer strategic recommendations based on the contents of social media reports


  • Using knowledge to shape the future of the agency and media landscape, including agency-wide initiatives, improving how teams go to market, and nurturing new ideas.
  • An expertise of digital and direct response marketing across major channels, such as paid social, display, search, and affiliate marketing is necessary, as as experience in e-commerce for a multi-channel store or managing online-to-offline projects.
  • We want individuals who like taking initiative and ownership of their job obligations by working both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced workplace.
  • Excellent analytical talents, as well as a willingness to get your “hands dirty” when it comes to data analysis are required. You must have shown your ability to use data to drive business decisions and marketing optimization in order to be considered for this position.
  • This role requires the ability to analyze, grasp, advise, and evaluate media analytics tools and technologies in order to ensure that they build and implement a more effective media plan.
