The ideal candidate will have a track record of creating content strategies that engage business leaders, tech-savvy readers, and the executive suite. They should be detail-oriented, devoted to delivering high-quality results (especially when deadlines are short), and at ease in a startup environment’s uncertainty and fluidity. In this role, you will be a strategic thought leader who will collaborate closely with our Growth, Design, and Product teams to help the company grow and evolve. You’ll be in charge of generating and disseminating clever and engaging content.

Qualifications:
- Have a thorough understanding of branch operations to ensure that all rules and procedures are followed.
- Determine the most important partner organizations, news sites, and policy groups that are compatible with our strategy and brand in order to form collaborations with online communities and communities of interest.
- In order to increase email performance, use and track email testing strategies like as templates, subject lines, send timings, targeted content recommendations, and audience segmentation.
- For the company’s content marketing strategy, you’ll be in charge of the evolution of themes/topics and content generation.
- Monitor email performance, KPIs, and goals, and work with the audience growth team to provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders (content, sales, and creative studio teams)
- To ensure that deadlines are met and message is consistent, concise, and aesthetically attractive, collaborate with internal and external content authors and subject matter experts.
- Conduct content and competitor audits to make recommendations for content optimization, such as UX strategy, SEO, content tagging, and categorization.
- To maintain a solid online presence, create a content calendar for the school’s website and social media profiles, and distribute material via many channels.
