We’re on the hunt for a Lead Designer who can apply their human-centered design expertise across a range of initiatives influencing the healthcare experience for both patients and medical professionals. You’ll work with interdisciplinary groups to analyze problems, pinpoint solutions, assess prospects, generate ideas, and guide stakeholders toward practical innovation. Opportunities presented by digital healthcare technology are at the center of our efforts (think software, not devices). The Lead Designer may oversee other designers and collaborate extensively with many different parties. Understanding genuine human needs is essential, as is a willingness to align potential solutions with critical operational, clinical, or business requirements.
