The Senior Graphic Designer oversees the graphic design team and ensures that the organization’s, its programs’, and its partners’ creative needs are met.

Qualifications:
- communicates strategy, design concepts, and creative ideas to internal and external partners, or “clients,” succinctly and forcefully.
- a collection of web-based works that demonstrates an appreciation for high-quality design, a range of aesthetic approaches, a focus on usability, and more.
- Holds strategic design thinking and brainstorming meetings, and works with the Communications group to generate new ideas for design-based problem-solving and creative design-based storytelling.
- Able to transform business objectives into meaningful and distinctive brand experiences across digital, interactive, social, and viral channels.
- Offering ingenious suggestions about how a customer can maximize their use of Company’s services.
- You’ll be in charge of supervising the development of all digital and printed marketing materials, both inside and outside the company. Provides the design team with detailed instructions, suggestions, and critiques to help them meet the demands of the business and its collaborators.
- It is essential to have prior direct response, branded response, and habit-forming marketing experience.
- Maintain a high bar of quality and check that all designs adhere to the brand guidelines provided by the customer.
- Maintains the Foundation’s brand and standards in all materials, both internal and external. Ensures that all work is strategic, efficient, and consistent.
- Experience in HTML, HTML5, and CSS, with a focus on responsive and cross-device web design and development.
Skills:
- ability to transform business objectives into meaningful and distinctive brand experiences through digital, interactive, social, and viral channels.
- Expertise in visual communications gained through work as a Senior Graphic Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar position; must have excellent attention to detail and familiarity with industry standards.
- The candidate must have worked on campaigns that successfully formed habits, generated direct response, and prompted a positive brand response.
- Seven or more years’ experience in a design role (Art Director, Designer, Digital Designer) at a company or agency.
- An online portfolio that showcases a love of excellent design while also displaying stylistic breadth, attention to detail, and usability.
