Qualifications:
- In order to facilitate extensive product adoption on-site, it is necessary to develop and provide training sessions on the correct operation and maintenance of the team solution.
- Updating documentation to ensure that systems are well-supported and that new users may be incorporated into the system with relative ease.
- Assists in the coordination of technical and non-technical divisions to ensure that all objectives and requirements are fulfilled.
- Check to ensure that all of your meeting agendas are uniform and efficient. Analyze the results of daily updates, client evaluations, and retrospective meetings.
- Product Support entails getting in-depth understanding of the solutions supplied by the larger team as well as working with clients on-site to ensure that they are maximizing the potential of the tool available. In addition, offer first line technical assistance for problems and change requests, escalating issues and requests as needed.
- The project implementation includes the application of specified project management procedures for on-site project delivery. Also learn about the most efficient techniques to meet the client’s needs on time and within budget.
- Monitoring and defining key indicators as well as gathering data are all part of this process. You are able to construct KPIs to evaluate the quality of the project’s functions due of your analytical skills.
