From the initial product inquiry to the post-delivery of the product, the Client Service Lead is responsible for providing a high degree of customer involvement and ensuring customer satisfaction. Contract review, order entry, coordination with application engineering, planning, and production divisions, as well as delivering superior customer service support, will be the primary tasks of the incumbent. We’re searching for someone who can help our customers, support the sales team, and collaborate with other departments such as production, planning, and application engineering. The ideal applicant for this position will have prior customer service and ERP system experience.

Qualifications:
- Refunds or new merchandise must be processed.
- Observe all attendance and work schedule standards with vigilance.
- You should add to and expand on an existing knowledge base.
- Using the relevant systems/spreadsheets, accurately document and handle client claims.
- Ensure first-contact resolution by handling emails properly and resolving issues.
- Employ your expertise and training to deliver accurate responses to client queries while following all scripts, policies, and procedures.
- Stay current on programme knowledge, systems, and processes by attending meetings and trainings and evaluating all new training materials.
- With civility, promptness, and professionalism, handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Complaints from customers should be escalated to the appropriate internal or external partners.
- All confidentiality and personal information requirements must be followed.
Skills:
- Individuals that are self-motivated and capable of moving, prioritising, and meeting deadlines independently are necessary.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities, as well as meticulous attention to detail, are required.
- It must be possible to use the Microsoft Office Suite and tools.
- 2+ years in a retail or ecommerce-related sector or industry.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a field closely related to either of these fields is actually needed.
