This position supports the Director of Tax and Tax Senior Manager with tax accounting tasks. Maintaining tax compliance and tax accounting support schedules are the primary responsibilities of the Tax Associate. The Tax Associate will communicate and collaborate with the Accounting and Finance Department on various projects and tasks.

  • Research and understand tax problems, write memos and client letters, and provide views and recommendations on a variety of tax concerns.
  • Develop administrative, professional, and interpersonal abilities to the point that you can organize, analyze, and interact with others in a productive and effective way.
  • Review accounts, activities, and make reconciliations of income tax balances (i.e., income tax due and deferred tax assets and liabilities) and Tax Receivable Agreement (“TRA”) general ledger accounts, including international withholding and franchise/gross receipts taxes.


  • Telephone, personal computer, printer, copy machine, and fax machine operation are all included. Working understanding of software tools such as Microsoft Word, Google Sheets, and Access. High proficiency with computers is an asset.
  • When it comes to getting to and from work and other business-related activities, such as meetings and meetings with customers, having a reliable mode of transportation is essential.
