- Competitors, pricing, sales methods, marketing, and other factors that could affect future sales are researched and analyzed. Existing and potential customers’ preferences, economic conditions, advertising, distribution, and other factors could also affect future sales.

- In order to assist our internal customers in achieving their research objectives, collaboration with the Market Research team is essential.
- Routinely pull data, in varied formats, from a wide range of platforms and databases for direct consumption by processes, reports and analytical tools. Perform research online and using corporate market software subscriptions
- Create periodic reports, such as weekly, quarterly and yearly summaries of data. Establish baselines and monitor trends over time to help in decision-making.
- Encouragement of others to take action based on clear and comprehensible communication of crucial information.
- Management should get regular updates on emerging trends and new possibilities for improvement via the preparation and maintenance of regular reports (data analysis and narrative). Compile data, summarize it, and then make decisions based on that data.
- Design and execute initiatives to reach specified targets, find process improvements, and enhance the customer experience with the help of the company’s business areas and the marketing team.
- Find out about markets, customers, and competitors with the help of data mining tools and techniques. You can do this by using these tools and techniques.
- Show executives the results in charts, graphs, and other visual ways so that they can make better decisions about strategies and changes to business models, as well as new products and markets for them to sell and market.
- Significant understanding of primary and secondary market research technique, tactics, tools, and procedures, as well as working knowledge of complicated statistical software, such as SPSS or SAS.
- Formula development and integration, pivot table use and visualizations, and data formatting in Excel are a prerequisite. A suitable alternative is Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to perceive and characterize issues, comprehend business and system processes, gather data, establish facts, and develop accurate conclusions.
- It is necessary to have at least three to five years of experience working with a range of reporting technologies, including Tableau, before applying for this position.
