Qualifications:

- In order to facilitate extensive product adoption on-site, it is necessary to develop and provide training sessions on the correct operation and maintenance of the team solution.
- Communicates successfully in person / meeting by documenting processes, tools needs, business requirements, specs, and communicating effectively.
- Updates to the system’s documentation help new users get up and running quickly and smoothly.
- being well-versed on the solutions provided by the broader team as well as cooperating with on-site customers in order to maximize the potential of the tool offered. As a bonus, provide first-line technical help for issues and modification requests, escalating the situation as necessary.
