Job Description
You’ll be an integral part of shaping the future of VR media and technology as an Executive Producer. You will act as the primary manager between the Company and its most important developers and content partners, actively fostering relationships between the two parties. The ideal applicant has both a deep background in game creation and management of external developers.

Qualifications:
- Takes the lead in new producer training and mentoring, and consistently encourages their professional development.
- oversees all production activities in the local market, including producer scheduling.
- Collaborate with approved alignment teams to create annual scopes for customers that account for production volume and projected budgets.
- Collaboration with producers and the imaginative staff is essential to the achievement of company objectives.
- Because the EP is a working producer, they are expected to provide content on a regular basis.
- Find and distribute platform-specific content in collaboration with the digital desk.
- Responds to information and support requests from client engagement teams. Will also be exposed to the Integrated Production work queue and assigned to local production as needed.
- responsible for finding and recruiting freelance producers as needed.
- Participates and supports new business efforts through handling booking and scheduling production sessions.
- Regularly critique newscasts with the staff, both as a team and with individual producers.
Skills:
- You need to be very disciplined, attentive to detail, capable of self-management, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once to succeed in this high-pressure atmosphere.
- Having a good sense of humor, being outgoing, conversant, knowledgeable, self-assured, and practical are all desirable qualities.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication abilities as a team player and leader.
- The ability to think quickly on one’s feet, take charge, and be self-motivated is essential.
- New business pitches, program recommendations, and gaining client trust all demand top-notch presentation skills.
