Job Description

A Talent Manager is needed to join our Career team in the Development department. The Talent Manager will be responsible for driving and supporting the company’s talent agenda, as well as planning and delivering crucial career development initiatives. Because career development has a cross-ecosystem component, this function collaborates with HR and the business to define, communicate, execute, and activate the career plan.

Qualifications:

  • To establish a performance culture that fosters corporate success, employee engagement, and diversity, equality, and inclusion, it is necessary to create and manage enterprise-wide organizational training and employee development and engagement activities.
  • Efficiently manage the performance process by creating and implementing efficient performance strategies. Goal-setting, performance assessments, growth plans, and quarterly coaching sessions are included.
  • Design and execute career development strategies, tools, and resources that will help you succeed in your career Assist in the development of the organization’s ability to react to and capitalize on opportunities and challenges linked to talent management by presenting HR management with innovative techniques, ideas, and insights.
  • In addition to narratives for dashboards and training materials, this individual also writes reports. Participate in the development and/or delivery of training in the field of talent.
  • The company’s voice may be identified through establishing connections with agents and managers. They may then be recruited for branded content campaigns and original network programming.
  • Onboarding, hiring, contacts with personnel and salary, benefits and performance management at the regional or local level may be handled with little oversight.
  • Create data-driven suggestions based on an understanding of business policies and processes, as well as relevant laws and regulations, to assist internal clients with career possibilities.
  • Ensure technical training for all new recruits in areas such as systems, coffee, wine, cocktails, food preparation and presentation, society, housekeeping, and maintenance by collaborating with internal and external training providers.
  • Analyzing business drivers to build a case for change adoption; assessing risks and benefits of the changes; developing effective change-management strategies; and ensuring that communications and preparedness materials are in place to make the transition of career programs/processes as smooth as possible.
  • Talent assessment involves aiding in the creation of development plans, tracking progress on plans, monitoring succession plans, and other related responsibilities.

Skills:

  • Experience in branded content partnerships, including pricing and packaging, spanning digital media and experiential activations.
  • Well-versed in all aspects of social media. You know your way around Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, and other platforms to find great talent and influencers.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication abilities. Outstanding time management abilities. Ability to deliver prompt service to consumers. The ability to communicate information clearly.
  • If you don’t have a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field like Industrial/Organizational Psychology, you’ll need five years of relevant job experience.
  • Years of experience working in a production environment, with a track record of successfully coordinating the schedules of artists and other personnel to fulfill the demands and deadlines of the program
