Job Description
As a Program Analyst, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of difficult management and program analysis tasks. Typically, the employee use both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to evaluate both internal, organizational administrative processes and line health care programs for efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
- Support for the IT business management office, including complex contract, project, or business-related problems briefings and reports.

It is possible to employ both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.

- Prepare a how-to/Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) paper detailing numerous duties, processes, and procedures.
- A wide variety of management and organizational strategies, processes, and procedures are used to carry out a wide range of long-term research and projects, as well as budgeting methods and techniques to provide evaluations and estimates of resource needs.
- Propose alterations to national programs that interact with the target country in any way, direct or indirect, through third parties or international institutions
- Verify a country’s political stability while also keeping an eye out for prospective dangers by conducting in-depth interviews and on-the-ground inspections.
Skills:
- Becoming an expert on a certain topic, program, or development in a given speciality area requires knowledge of a number of different geographic or functional specialties.
- Experience creating project and program plans, goals, objectives, and milestones for complex programs, systems, or problems of essential relevance to a whole company.
- Foreign policy and intelligence departments must be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Consideration is given to candidates with at least two years of experience working in a PMO or a BMO (e.g. financial management, schedule management, risk management, communications management)
