Job Description

To oversee our direct response advertising campaign, we’re looking for an Advertising Manager. Directly reporting to the Director, you’ll be part of a team of consultants and strategists focused on improving ROI. Plans, executes, and edits digital advertising content, landing sites, and surrogate scripts are all a part of the job. Develop and implement testing and optimization strategies in conjunction with Email and Creative Directors and the Director of Video as well as use lessons learned across all fundraising channels.

  • Create and manage media and ad production in order to achieve objectives, including strategy formulation, writing, editing, and distribution.
  • Creating and executing a paid advertising strategy for a multi-channel marketing campaign (Google Ads, display ads, paid social, etc.).
  • Manage ad agency and media agency partnerships to ensure that work is aligned with strategy and that resources are utilized.
  • Identify the best advertising strategy, methods, and performance metrics to match the goals of your clients
  • Analyze the success of your whole paid advertising investment portfolio with the goal of increasing conversions via data, ideas, and project management activities (messaging updates, AB testing, keyword strategy, ad creative, etc.).
  • You should have a strong presence in both native and display advertising. In addition to managing headlines and landing sites, scheduling and testing are also part of this role.
  • The ability to oversee all aspects of an advertising campaign, from the initial planning stages through to the final placement and fulfillment stages, is essential.
  • Oversee media and research company reporting of program metrics to ensure that monitoring is in place before launch to gather results related to objectives and the efficacy of advertising. analytic and educational support for the upper management
  • You will be accountable for the conceptualization and implementation of enterprise and business area advertising.
  • You have the responsibility of providing your business with a wide range of marketing materials and assets as part of your job description.


  • Proficiency in current digital marketing best practices and an enthusiasm for researching emerging trends and possibilities to help clients achieve their goals
  • Marketing campaigns and experiments that have a demonstrated track record of owning campaign outcomes and altering techniques to match targets and budgets in order to achieve goals
  • Multiple areas of expertise are required, including but not limited to: Facebook Business Manager, Google AdWords, MOAT, DCM, OTT, and CTV are all partners of the company.

  • At least three years of relevant experience working on digital advertising campaigns is required.
