Job Description
A Senior Graphic Designer is needed. This corporate-level position will work with a group of production artists to assist graphic design and packaging, reporting to the department’s Production Manager. The person who holds this position will collaborate with a group of internal designers and analysts to support clients with analysis and presentations.

Qualifications:

- It is essential to have prior direct response, branded response, and habit-forming marketing experience.
- Leads strategic design thinking and brainstorming, and collaborates with members of the Communications team to come up with ideas and new ways to leverage design for narrative.
- Oversees all internal- and external-facing online and print creative materials from conception to final delivery; provides clear creative direction, guidance, and feedback to design team members to ensure ability to meet organizational and partner needs.
- makes ensuring that the Foundation’s standards and brand are upheld in all of its materials, including those made for both internal and external stakeholders, and that all of its work is strategic, efficient, and uniform.
- Shares your innovative ideas, design principles, and overall strategy with your team and external “clients” with confidence and clarity.
- Make sure all of your designs adhere to the client’s brand guidelines and maintain your high standards of quality.
- Strong expertise with HTML, HTML5, and CSS, with an emphasis on responsive design and development for different devices.
Skills:
- Expertise in visual communications gained through work as a Senior Graphic Designer, Graphic Designer, or comparable role; must have demonstrated attention to detail and familiarity with industry best practices.
- An online portfolio that showcases a variety of design approaches, exacting standards of quality, and a focus on usability.
- It is essential to have prior direct response, branded response, and habit-forming marketing experience.
- 7+ years of experience working as a Designer/Art Director/Digital Designer at an agency or brand.
- The capability to interpret business objectives as innovative, relevant, and distinctive brand experiences across digital, interactive, social, and viral platforms.
