An experienced Construction Manager is needed to oversee day-to-day operations and help out the Project Manager, who is ultimately in charge of the project’s success or failure. Qualifications:

- Responsible for verifying the accuracy of consultant bills, contractor pay applications, and change orders in coordination with the Control Manager to ensure that all of these items are appropriately recorded in the reporting system.
- Establishing early project-specific cost estimates and appointing a project manager to handle the project’s many cost components are essential.
- make sure that the carrier’s interests are taken into account when proposals for changes and other contract material, such as supplementary instructions or additional requests for information, are looked at.
- Guidance with the identification and qualification of the many subcontractors suitable for the project, including all site and construction trades.

Skills:
- An understanding of construction contract documents as well as an understanding of consultant drawings and specifications is required for this role.
- Knowledge of building systems, components, and technology, as well as experience in pre-design and pre-construction phases is a must-have.
- A company’s long-term strategy must be able to detect and correct any deviations from the short-term goals of its employees.
