Job Description
In this role, the Computer Analyst will offer sophisticated technical assistance to workers. The Computer Analyst is the end-user support and maintenance point. This covers software installation, system updates, and computer diagnostics and repair. The Computer Analyst also trains users and does sophisticated troubleshooting. Qualifications:
