Job Description
Need a music producer who is both talented and enthusiastic. The position will oversee the regular production flow and internal and external creative/production resources, including the intake of new projects, resource/capacity management, contracts, scheduling, and delivery.

Qualifications:
- Set up and conduct all licensing and synchronization rights negotiations with record labels, music publishers, and other parties as necessary.
- Producing and artistic direction of shows as needed.
- Meeting and getting to know managers, publicists, and label executives through events, meetings, and other networking opportunities is crucial for breaking into the music industry.
- Be a part of regular opportunity assessments and the creation of cutting-edge soundscapes as part of your job responsibilities.
- Working as a music producer necessitates close collaboration with many people in various settings.
- Develop and oversee project timelines, budgets, and estimates while monitoring spending and making sure work is completed within the allotted time and money.
- Work on a budget with the music artists, line producer, and supervising producer.
- Aiding in the execution of all musical performances is the management of the music staff.
- Take audio from TV broadcasts, events, concerts, and interviews for the show, as well as sound bites, etc.
- This individual must also be able to make suggestions and designs, adhere consistently to set norms, and communicate effectively.
Skills:
- Experience booking/producing for a variety program (late night, midday, morning, or similar) or working at a record company is very desirable.
- qualifications in management, coaching experience, and the ability to inspire teamwork.
- Ability and willingness to contribute to non-musical bookings, such as but not limited to, athletes, newsmakers, and celebrities, as well as to communicate and work with other teams on the show.
- The skill of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks effectively while under time pressure.
