Job Description
To support the expansion of our top retail customer, you will work closely and collaboratively with designers, copywriters, merchandisers, and marketing partners. You’ll be involved in every step of enhancing our brand, from generating creatives for all sorts of media—including catalogs, landing pages, buying guides, social and in-club signage—to concepting and designing campaigns.

Qualifications:
- Deliver content that is in line with the brand and the campaign standards to maximize brand consistency and effectiveness.
- Involvement in client kickoff meetings, management of project execution, and the development of solutions to business needs are all expected of you.
- Take charge of a group of creative types and see that they crank out ads that actually do something for business.
- In collaboration with the Strategy, Campaigns, and Project Management departments, lead creative projects and teams from concept to pixel-perfect delivery.
- Achieve or exceed targets for income, client retention, and client acquisition.
- Keep the project’s creative standards and guidelines in check, making sure they are in line with the client, the brand, the retailer, and the broader business goals, and that they are maintained consistently throughout the entire campaign.
- In addition, you should be able to work with different product requirements and have some familiarity with the vendors who provide promotional material.
- Production of original consumer promotion and shopper marketing collateral for use in agency, client, and new business campaigns.
- Set the conceptual and stylistic direction and play a hands-on role in the design of many projects and campaigns, giving participation-inducing design solutions.
- Create original content for use in marketing campaigns via email, websites, and online displays.
Skills:

- A Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in graphic design, advertising, or a related field is required.
- Ability to work well under pressure, maintaining quality and attention to detail under real-world deadlines. Self-motivated and collaborative spirit.
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with peers and subordinates are essential in any workplace.
- Knowledge and experience in brand creation, particularly the ability to see how that brand fits into the bigger picture of an entire marketing effort.
