In this job, you will be responsible for developing sales partnerships by prospecting for new customers and maintaining current customer relationships. To provide a productive and easy Client experience, you will coordinate between Clients and other internal departments. Account Executives must be driven hunters with exceptional sales and relationship abilities.

Qualifications:

  • In order to remain abreast of new developments in business technology, it is imperative that you keep up with the ever-changing landscape of interrelated technologies. Discover new ways to sell your products and services by hiring, training, and promoting sales representatives.
  • Assist the client’s sales, operations, and executive teams in guaranteeing customer satisfaction, in addition to any other obligations that may be assigned.
  • Growing current client connections into new business units, IT groups, and divisions; locating and contacting possible new customers; developing and expanding existing partnerships.
  • Working with field managers, price quotes and bids to meet the company’s financial objectives. Monitor your competition’s market share, pricing, and other products.
  • You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the internal account management team as well as the activities of the extended team members in regard to the strategic objectives of the client and any issues that have been expressed.
  • Develop and manage high-quality, executable Customer Plans (where appropriate) and Joint Business Plans (where applicable). Demonstrate an in-depth comprehension of client requirements, issues/concerns, and goals/objectives. Create a comprehensive plan of action to address these opportunities. Plan reached with the consumer. quarterly review with management. Direct the implementation of the Account Plan. Ensures that all participants will follow through with their commitments.
  • Be responsible for keeping the client connections you’ve been given to ensure they stay pleased, that they renew their contracts and that you can continue to profit from them by selling additional items and services.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to overcome customer objections and enhance sales activity within the specified region. Establish and maintain positive community ties and networking in order to generate new business.

Skills:

  • While a bachelor’s degree is preferred, we will accept individuals with similar work experience and a high school certificate or GED in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
  • More than five years of expertise selling to major technical clients, including managed services, data center services, cloud-based software as a service solutions, consulting and hardware/software solutions..
  • You must be a self-starter and able to mobilize client resources in order to develop and execute a strategy and solution.
  • Candidates must be able to communicate well both in writing and in person. Many sales activities can only be done through these types of communication, and you must be very good at them. You must have excellent presentation skills. Must be able to speak convincingly and easily in front of a large group of C-level decision makers.
