Job Description

The Account Director will collaborate closely with the relationship owner and the strategy team to ensure that our customers’ direct marketing fundraising plans are developed, created, and executed on schedule and within budget. Act as the point person for all client and supplier/partner communications throughout the duration of the program, from planning through billing.

  • Keep important internal stakeholders (e.g., split partners, finance, marketing, etc.) updated on account status, proposals, personnel changes, etc.
  • The creation of annual and quarterly business plans can be used to steer revenue growth and strategy throughout a client portfolio.
  • Help your customers grasp your company’s message by utilizing marketing and sales materials, graphical presentations, research reports, and data for sales support.
  • Work together with the Marketing Services group to create and supply clients with cutting-edge solutions in order to boost sales.
  • To generate income, the incumbent is tasked with selling multi-media bundles that incorporate television, social media, print, digital, mobile, tablet, and live event programming.
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of the sales communication and negotiating process, including providing accurate and timely business estimates, projections, and administrative documents to upper management.
  • Conceive of, plan, and implement potential other solutions to provide the client a taste of what’s doable.
  • Cultivate, create, and manage connections with important advertising agency and client decision-makers.
  • Independent sales professional who excels at finding new business and closing deals in the middle market.
  • Find leads inside the agreed-upon verticals, start conversations, and push to a successful closure.


  • Must be results driven, and take appropriate steps to achieve goals while taking ownership of situations as needed.
  • The ideal candidate will have had at least two to four years of experience in platform-integrated outside sales.
  • With the capacity to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, along with the ability to pay attention to detail, you have excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the aptitude to communicate effectively in both individual and group settings.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines, providing correct work, and sticking with projects until completion.
