Job Description
The Product Specialist maintains internal product data, generates reports, and analyzes data to assist Product Managers and the Category Management team in making business decisions. Back orders, discontinuations, product transitions, and replacements are handled in collaboration with the Distribution and Operations departments.

Qualifications:

- This post manager is responsible for overseeing initiatives related to manufacturer back orders, product discontinuance, replacement, and product transitions. Facilitates communication and collaboration with the project’s operations staff.
- Ownership of issues from first customer contact through call resolution, which includes assisting with appropriate escalations and giving customer updates.
- Contribute to the creation and prioritizing of the product road map for advertising solutions as the “voice of the customer.”
- Monthly, we review a comprehensive list of products we’d want to offer. This list contains redundant, outdated, and non-value-added content from all KOB.
- Ability to supply right customer solutions based on product offerings, scope documents, and department norms and procedures
- A broad understanding of the market, competition, customer needs, distribution channels, and Company offers for the allocated product is gained via this position’s duties (s)
- Provide accurate and fast technical repair and/or technical assistance of the company’s goods by traveling to customers’ locations as needed.
Skills:
- Capacity to complete tasks in a short amount of time and to respond quickly to shifting priorities.
- You must be physically and mentally well in order to have a good sense of humor. Standing for lengthy periods of time is also necessary.
