Job Description
Overseeing and managing complicated Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program efforts; fulfilling comprehensive client work goals; working as an intermediary between clients; organizing operations and addressing difficulties are just some of the duties of the Program Analyst, who will be tasked with this role.

Qualifications:
- are reports and briefings, as well as personal interviews and observations, that are used to judge the political stability and security of the countries that have been chosen.
- Offer suggestions for necessary adjustments to national programs that interact with the country in issue directly or indirectly via third parties or multilateral organizations.
- Maintain a careful watch on political changes, terrorist threats, security sector dynamics, human rights circumstances, and administrative management challenges that may influence the ability to execute counter terrorism assistance and/or capacity building programs.
- Long-term research projects requiring a significant investment of time and resources may be carried out using a wide variety of management and organizational strategies and processes, including ways for budgeting.
- A lot of experience is required to adapt or come up with new methods of analyzing and evaluating things, and this expertise can only be gained via practice.
- Use qualitative and quantitative methods and procedures to evaluate the structure of the organization together with its management policies, practices and procedures, as well as its administrative operations, processes and mechanisms.
- Prepare a how-to/Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) paper detailing numerous duties, processes, and procedures.
- Support for the IT business management office, including complex contract, project, or business-related problems briefings and reports.
- Maintain current knowledge on legislative and policy changes impacting the government’s attitude and reactions in subject areas relevant to the country or region.
- Clarification of current management and program parameters is requested.
Skills:
- Ability to build liaisons at all levels of the foreign policy and intelligence communities in order to share critical information.
- Supporting a PMO or BMO for two years with a variety of tasks (e.g. financial management, schedule management, risk management, communications management)
- Competence with one or more geographic or functional specialist areas is required to give expert advise and assistance on the policy implications of issues/programs and developments in an assigned specialty area.
- A detailed knowledge of how to design complicated projects and programs that are critical to the success of the whole firm. Project and program objectives, goals, and deadlines are all included here.
