Job Description
The Supply Chain Manager is in charge of the organization’s supply chain management and operations, which include procurement, vendor relations, production, logistics, and distribution. Creates and executes supply chain management strategies for production and operations. Oversees demand forecasting, supply planning, and procurement to ensure that resource needs are met. Communicates with executives about company requirements in order to gain the resources required to meet client requests and assure delivery and/or execution.

Qualifications:
- Handle all aspects of the warehouse function, which includes the reception of raw materials, the delivery of finished goods, and the management of both inside the warehouse area.
- Managing and preparing project team resource needs in coordination with cross-functional departments necessitates project integration and planning abilities as well as communication and documentation capabilities. This is also true for project teams.
- Respond to consumer questions, issues, and grievances in a timely manner. Recommend that relevant management be notified of any customer concerns about product quality or manufacturing
- Work with the Purchasing Manager and the Senior Supply Chain Planning Manager to make sure there are enough products in stock at all times. This will improve customer service and satisfaction.
- In charge of establishing and implementing the supply chain management function’s overall strategy, as well as planning and overseeing the business’s activities and operations.
- The supply chain manager is responsible for the accurate and efficient administration of physical inventory, which includes ERP transaction accuracy, inventory events, and cycle counts where relevant.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for continuous improvement in order to speed up the process and improve accuracy and efficiency in operations.
- development of logistical reports and presentations by keeping meticulous records and preparing reports and presentations.
- Capable of leading staff in departmental functions such as communication, training, fulfillment, rapid turnaround on tasks asked by top management, progressive punishment, and performance assessment.
- Analytical skills and sound judgment have been shown in the evaluation of options. In order to detect problems and provide solutions, it is anticipated that senior executives will get concise communications. a Extensive experience in the analytical and decision-making process.
