Job Description
The Merchandising Specialist will be a crucial member of the group. This individual is in charge of all aspects of product content creation and distribution across all channels. He or she will be in charge of increasing sales by creating and distributing compelling content and enhancing our brand’s online presence. This person is a self-starter, an excellent communicator, and a self-starter when working remotely.

Qualifications:
- Conduct an analysis of the shopping experience and provide strategic recommendations to improve customer engagement, revenue generation, and conversion.
- A/B Testing possibilities based on site data analysis to promote innovation and optimization (create hypothesis and KPI, supervise effective setup and execution of all A/B Tests and offer next step proposal based on result) should be identified.
- Once the taxonomy and categorization plan has been defined, it should be implemented across owned and retailer channels based on consumer behavior and category data.
- figure out what attributes should be in the catalog and how to get important product information from suppliers both retroactively and ahead of time.
- Bring together internal and external agencies to plan and execute the development of content at both the top and bottom of a page (where appropriate). These include new product introductions and seasonal portfolio adjustments in collaboration with Brand.
- Provide it easier for cross-functional teams to make data-based recommendations for content performance, ideation and optimization. In order to provide product assistance, determine content pillars using historical performance and current trends.
- You should work closely with outside agencies to brief them on your strategy and needs. You should also give them feedback that is constructive and directional. This will help them come up with the best creative work that fits your brand and strategy.
- Innovate and succeed with your efforts if you stay abreast of the newest developments in digital content production (such as new channels and technology).
- In order to bring successful collaborative projects to conclusion and provide a consistent customer experience across all contact points, teams from Category Management, Product Management, User Experience, Brand, and Marketing should collaborate on them.
- In order to guarantee that our brand’s message is consistent across all channels, we need to work with both internal and external partners to define and maintain content rules.
